PSG Institute of Advanced Studies – PSG IAS was founded by PSG and Sons’ Charities Trust in 2006 takes care of the international programmes at PSG College of Technology, with the objective of providing International Education at affordable cost.
PSG College of Technology, an ISO 9001:2000 certified institution is one of the foremost institutions founded by the PSG & Sons' Charities Trust (1926). The College was established in the year 1951 and the Founders wisely decided to locate it in the same campus as the PSG Industrial Institute for effective industry-institute interaction.The college maintains close interaction with several R&D Institutions and institutions of higher learning in India and abroad, through institutional network programmes and collaborative research programmes. It also has close collaborative links with industries in the fields of Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Textile, Machine Tools, Software Development and Consumer durables. About the program
MASTERS IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
Take Mechanical Systems and Products from Idea through Implementation. The MS in Mechanical Engineering program at UCF is designed to advance your knowledge and skills in the areas of mechanical systems and thermo fluids. From innovative curriculum to research facilities, the mechanical engineering program provides you with an opportunity to learn and train across multiple disciplines.
UCF and PSG has signed a 1+1 agreement facilitating PSG students to take first year of course work (up to 12 credit hours) at PSG and in the second year students have to complete at least 18 credit hours at UCF. PSG Faculty members teach the same set of courses which UCF also offers, therefore the quality of education is maintained at par with UCF Standards.
All students under this program are eligible for Curriculum practical training (Internships) and optional practical Training (after graduation, before seeking H1B visa).

CGPA > 7.5 in Mechanical, Aeronautics or Automobile Engineering / Admission with Entrance and Interview.
TOEFL 220 or 80 - Internet based / IELTS Overall score of 6.5 and no less than 6 in any individual modules (at the end of 1st Year).
