Eligibility
For Admission to PSG:
Student must have more than a CGPA of 7.5 out of 10 in their undergraduate courses.
For transfer to UK:
Must have TOEFL score 80 out of 120 or IELTS > 6.5 and no less than 6 in any individual modules.

MSc in Advanced Materials Science and Engineering
This programme will provide you with the expertise in advanced materials and engineering needed to design and innovate sustainable materials for today’s world.
Material is a discipline which underpins global industry, opening worldwide opportunities for a well-paid and rewarding career. From materials developed to increase the effectiveness of replacement joints to advances for a more fuel-efficient vehicle design, opportunities are endless. The development of new and improved materials is at the very heart of a range of technologies and you'll have the opportunity to explore and deepen your understanding of the scientific, engineering and design aspects of materials, their structure, properties, processing, in-service behavior and environmental impact, at a more advanced level.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
- The underlying principles and relationship between properties of materials and their composition and microstructure
- The synthesis and production of materials and the relationship between this and their subsequent properties
- The underpinning concepts and practical use of a range of characterization techniques.
- Graduates develop a core knowledge of materials science and engineering that can be applied to a range of careers including automotive, aerospace, energy, consumer goods, and medical devices, prosthetics and implants.
- Gain valuable skills which can be translated into multiple careers in a range of sectors, including aerospace, automotive, biomedical, energy and sustainability, consumer goods and sports.
